GOLIATH HARDWOODS can provide traditional woodshop services including straight-lining, planing, and 36” wide drum sanding.
Our wood shop and retail space is located at 960 Neubling Ave, Evansville, IN 47713. We carry thousands of board feet of domestic and exotic dimensional lumber.

Portable Sawmill Services
Goliath utilizes a professional grade band sawmill. Our custom sawing service is true to the heart of our business. We can perform custom sawing at our facility or your location.
Our Wood-Mizer LT40 Super Hydraulic is a portable sawmill with a 33” log diameter and a 21’ log length capacity.
Harvesting
Log salvage, walnut harvesting, and white oak harvesting among others… For the right species, we offer harvesting of local trees to avoid the lost potential of great timber...
Kiln Drying
Is available if needed to speed the drying process of your freshly sawn material after air drying. Our small capacity dehydration kiln offers consistent moisture draw for less warping and lumber damage.

Unique Live Edge Wood Slabs.... Live edge pieces are typically used for dining room and conference tables, desks, counter tops, shelving, and coffee bars and tables. Each piece provides a beautiful contrast to a piece of furniture or setting and expresses the natural origin of wood. As the name implies we strive to produce large live edge, dimensional lumber and mantles... Our slabs can be kiln-dried to provide maximum stability and to eradicate any insects.
