Goliath Hardwoods
Zebrawood
Zebrawood is unmistakable — pale golden-yellow with dramatic dark brown to black streaks running across the grain in a pattern that genuinely resembles a zebra's coat. The figure is most pronounced on quartersawn faces. Interlocked grain can make it tricky to plane, but the visual payoff is unmatched for accent work. Takes a good finish and is moderately durable. Best used where the grain pattern is the design — as a face veneer, accent panel, or in turning where the full figure is visible.
