White Oak
$0.00
White Oak has become the defining wood of modern American furniture design. Its warm tan to light brown color, tight grain, and tyloses-filled pores make it naturally water-resistant — one of few domestic hardwoods suitable for outdoor and marine applications. Quartersawn White Oak produces a beautiful medullary ray figure. More rot-resistant than Red Oak and slightly harder, it's equally at home in a Shaker dining table or a bourbon barrel.
