Ash

$3.64

Ash is tough, elastic, and shock-resistant — qualities that have made it the wood of choice for tool handles, baseball bats, and sports equipment for over a century. Its creamy white to light tan heartwood, bold straight grain, and open pore structure give it a look similar to White Oak. It bends well under steam and finishes cleanly. Note: due to the Emerald Ash Borer, domestic Ash supply has tightened considerably — making in-stock availability a real advantage.
